The Ventra Service Center (VSC) located at 567 W. Lake Street, 2nd floor, Chicago, IL 60661, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.

SERVICE ALERT: In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. day on Monday, January 20, the Ventra Service Center, located at 567 W. Lake, will be closed. The Ventra Customer Call Center will remain open during regular hours (6:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
